Bringing Together the Art and Science of Cosmetic and Medical Dermatology

As a national leading cosmetic and medical dermatology clinic in Fargo, ND, we deliver real results using the highest level of training, knowledge, products and state-of-the-art technology. Our clinic was founded by renowned skin and laser care specialist Rick Schue.

Combining the art and science of cosmetic and medical dermatology, the team at Altaire believes beauty comes from within. We work to enhance a natural, unique appearance to reveal your best self.

A History of Helping People Feel Better

Known as “The Laser Guy,” Rick Schue is Fargo, North Dakota’s most experienced practitioner of Halo™ skin regeneration procedures and BBL lasers. He was the first in the Upper Midwest to use Halo™ skin regeneration procedures and PicoSure® photo-mechanical laser tattoo removal of all colors.

Rick’s daughter, Dr. Tamra, is the first in the Midwest to use – and an exclusive provider of – diVa™, the technology for urinary incontinence correction and vaginal rejuvenation. Dr. Tamra has taken her women’s health expertise and started hormone optimization with BioTE® pellet therapy.

Combining their years of experience and advanced training, Rick and Tamra both specialize in injectable therapy. Altaire Clinic believes that the best injectable is the least detectable. Dr. Tamra and Rick will give you expert advice to make sure you look and feel your best.

A Shift Towards Medical

Patients started asking to be seen for their medical dermatology needs throughout the years, so Altaire responded. In 2020, Altaire launched its medical dermatology practice and started working with insurance companies. Patients now have easy, quick access for their immediate skin concerns.

With the change in direction towards accepting medical insurance, patients started asking for a “one stop shop” with healthcare. Altaire is excited to announce that in 2021, primary care is now available for appointments. Dr. Angela Dolalie Kelsch joined the Altaire team to bring in her years of exceptional patient care experience to help start and grow this program. Patients can have one point of contact for all of their primary care needs.
