I started Altaire Clinic to bring together the art and science of cosmetic dermatology to help patients realize the best version of themselves. Altaire’s new educational and scientific approach to skin wellness differentiates us from our competitors throughout the region. While existing med-spas utilize nurses and aestheticians for procedures, Altaire utilizes a provider-based customized medical approach to help patients look and feel their best.

Altaire’s goal is not only to provide information that relates to a specific service, but even more importantly, information that reveals the keys to maintaining health and preventing disease.

After starting my career as a Physician Assistant, I had the privilege of working alongside Tami, and we quickly developed a great friendship. When I moved back to the area, we reconnected, and I was thrilled to learn about the opportunity to join the Altaire team. The chance to grow as a PA and be part of a clinic that values both professional development and patient care was an exciting prospect.

What truly drew me to Altaire was the clinic's culture. The team is dedicated to providing the highest quality of care while making every member of the team feel valued and supported. I love being part of an environment where collaboration, respect, and a shared commitment to excellence come first.

I spend most of my free time with my family. Between kids' activities and staying involved in their lives, there's never a dull moment! Fun fact, we have part ownership in a family-owned wedding venue in Southwest MN where we spend several weekends helping. When I can, I make time for working out to stay active and energized, and I love reading when I get a quiet moment to myself.

I was really intentional about finding a medical clinic that aligned with both my professional interests and personality. After meeting with Tamara and Rick, and then the rest of the team, I saw everything aligning. It felt less like taking a job and more like finding a team I truly wanted to be a part of and grow with.

As someone who has struggled with my own skin, I know firsthand how deeply it can impact your confidence. Aesthetics has not only helped rebuild that confidence in myself, but it sparked a true passion for helping others do the same. It's incredibly rewarding to help others achieve skin they can feel proud of!

I have two favorites. One I use for my skin health is IS Clinical Pro Heal, because of its immediate results. I use it for my redness and as a spot treatment. My other is Revision's HA Hydra Serum; it's really helped lock in moisture without making me oily.

Outside of work, I'm very social and love being around people. I enjoy outdoor activities, spending time with my dogs and doing DIY or craft projects that let me be creative. I also have a genuine passion for learning, especially when it comes to new developments in health and psychology.

Coincidentally, my mom works here and she told me about the job opening! I was really excited when I found out about it and could join such a fun, close knit team!  I think dermatology is really interesting and I love seeing the progress in patient care.

I love building relationships with the patients and their families! It’s rewarding getting to know your patients like family and providing the best possible care for them. Family medicine has such a variety of individualized care, that every day there is something different.

I love to spend time with my friends and family, the outdoors and traveling!  A few of the things I enjoy include hunting, fishing, kayaking, camping, boating and DIY projects.

As a new grad it was really important to me to work in an environment that would help me learn and grow as a nurse. After meeting the whole team at Altaire, I knew that I would have great, kindhearted people to help me succeed. My favorite thing about this team is how much fun they are to work with! There is not a day that isn't full of laughter and great teamwork.

My favorite cosmetic procedure is the acne BBL. I love what it has done for my skin and seeing the improvement in patients' acne as well.

My favorite product is the IS clinical warming honey cleanser. Rick told me it was a classic that everyone loves, and he wasn't joking. I cannot live without it now!

When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, taking my dogs on walks, and going to the lake. There is nothing I love more than a beautiful sunny day spent outside!

I had been praying for a part time job. My best friend had been working at Altaire for about 9 months. I told her if Rick and Tami were ever hiring to put in a good word for me. One day, she called me and said they were looking to hire and I came for an interview!

My favorite procedure at Altaire is the Halo™. I can’t believe how much damage it can get out of my skin! It definitely helps to even out my skin tone and gives my dull skin a glow.

I love all of our products. It’s hard to choose one because they all actually work! Everyone in my house uses IS Clinical Honey Warming Cleanser and SkinBetter AlphaRet. Both products work great for acne and wrinkles. I cannot live without Latisse. I have tried other lash stimulating brands and there is no comparison.

I love to spend time with my husband and two teenagers. I have three horses that I love to ride. My kids would tell you that I like naps, coffee, playing games, and watching their activities.

Ever since I came across Altaire's website, I knew I wanted to be a part of this incredible team. I've always had a passion for skincare and a love for learning, so joining Altaire felt like the perfect opportunity to grow in both areas. This environment is filled with knowledge, positivity and support. Everything I was looking for in a workplace!

My favorite procedure is neurotoxin! Not only does it soften the smile lines on my forehead, but it also alleviates many of my TMJ symptoms. It's truly been a game changer for me, making it my go-to treatment.

My favorite product is the Alpharet Clearing Serum! It helped improve my breakouts immensely. This formula combines retinoid power with three different types of acids—Salicylic, glycolic, and lactic. This helps calm and smooth acne-prone skin. It's definitely an irreplaceable step to my skincare routine.

I love spending time outside with my toy Aussiedoodle, especially in the summer. Being outdoors helps me feel grounded and connected with nature. I also enjoy a relaxing lazy day once everything on my to-do list is checked off!
